Jaspreet Dosanjh

Biochemical Engineering and Bioprocess Leadership EngD, 2011 

Dr Jaspreet Dosanjh is a scientist, engineer, SAG-AFTRA actress, producer and BAFTA member. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical diagnostics industry, as well as academia and digital content.  

She worked as a researcher and producer for BBC World News on programmes such as The Travel Show and Click, while undertaking her EngD at UCL and also studying drama. Now living in Los Angeles, Jaspreet has produced short films, appeared in feature films and commercials and played Demetrius in A Midsummer Night’s Dream in RADA’s first-ever live digital performance. Most recently she played multiple roles in the international digital production of Macbeth for REP Unplugged Theatre Company. 

She works as a Senior Content Strategist for Agilent Technologies, supporting technologies with which she became familiar at UCL. She is on the BAFTA Los Angeles Newcomers Program and is a mentor with the BAFTA Washington Prep High School Inner City initiative, sharing its mission that every storyteller can have a unique voice to spread understanding, empathy and kindness in our communities through the medium of art and the power of education.
