Shou Zi Chew
Economics BSc, 2006
Shouzi Chew is the Chief Executive Officer of TikTok, where, in partnership with the company’s management team, he is responsible for driving global growth and leading corporate governance. He has been a member of the TikTok family since its inception, having first led a team of parent company ByteDance’s early investors.
As well as an undergraduate degree from UCL, Shou holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Other previous positions include Executive Director, President-International and Senior Vice President at the electronics company Xiaomi Corp and Partner at the internet investment firm DST Global.
